That was a great and fun ride and now I get to go back to the behind the scenes work of putting the book together, prepping the promos, getting it all printed, and then sent off to you, my wonderful Citizens! I could never do this without you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I will work on the BackerKit pledge manager and send those out once it is complete. I cannot wait to get this one to you, then we go on to the Cannibal Rednecks, and beyond into the world of Slaughterville.
So take this time, anticipate the fear, and most of all; Have fun!!

Since we are in the last 2 days, let’s do the Laughing Rogue thing and make them fun! When we hit 75+ backers, I will be giving away a copy of Gods of Metal! Our deck building game of music and devastation for 1-4 Band Members! Shipped anywhere, but we need to hit at least 75 backers :) So share this out and have fun!

I wanted to stop in and bring this up. It was mentioned to me that I mistyped the title for the digital comic as Slaughterville Book 1, but the description says Book 2. Well, I always say that I never lie, and I am extremely proud of that fact so...I said that you get book 1 and it lists book 2, so now you get BOTH!! If you back the digital only, I will give both versions. Have a great day and let's share this out. I would love to see this funded this week so that I can give you everything. Have fun!

A Lot to Give Away!

Hello all! I wanted to start by thanking each and every one of you for stopping in and backing Slaughterville Book 2! It is an honor to have you here 😊
For those that are new, I am a fan of giving things away. Sure, money and sales are nice, but I wanted to make this campaign as FUN and EXCITING as we can and what better way than to give you free stuff!! I am going to be giving away a LOT of promo cards here for the Slaughterville board game or just to collect if that’s your thing.
First and foremost, we have 2 cards based on a book by writer Laurie Calcaterra and art by Marco Defillo called Path of the Pale Rider. What happens when even after you die, your soul is trapped inside your body, and you’re forced to keep living…unliving? She has already fulfilled one campaign and is working on issue 2. I know I have it saved already.
We hope you like them! Next we have a promo card based on the book Lycan by Dennis Robinson – Writer, Sal Donaire – Art, and Ezequiel Dominguez – Colors. They have already had one successful campaign, but they do have their preview page available for the next one! I own book 1, and I am excited for book 2.
The next promos are special. In Slaughterville we have a carnival and now a rival one arrives. Based on the books Booshie Boo Mystery Circus, these 2 promos are being offered to those who back both campaigns. We want to show love to other indie creators, and we felt this would help them out 😊
The first one features the famed character CRoM from his time with the circus! The mascot of the Comic Related Madness (https://www.facebook.com/groups/CRoMadness) and the Madness Comic Network (https://www.youtube.com/c/ComictalkwithPopsVanZant), this card is for the fans of Pops and the gang.
The second features the circus members as they prepare to search for answers to another mystery.
Finally, we have someone new to the town and to my friends list 😊 I have also backed this project, and this is another promo where you will gain something by backing both projects. I will be offering the promo card below, and Lee will give you a special movie themed promo still of his character, Sissonne! The book looks hilarious and I cannot wait to get it in hand.
